Join us for the 2024 LGBTQ+ Advocacy Day on Wednesday, May 8th!

Equality Illinois will host its annual LGBTQ+ Advocacy Day on May 8, 2024 in Springfield.

As the LGBTQ+ community is under attack like never before, LGBTQ+ Advocacy Day is an important opportunity for LGBTQ+ leaders, activists, and allies from across Illinois to come together and engage in crucial political action. Advocacy Day raises awareness about the most pressing issues facing the LGBTQ+ community and builds our collective power.

Participants will receive advocacy training on LGBTQ+ legislative priorities and have the opportunity to meet with Illinois Legislators and their staff. The event serves as a catalyst for change, enabling us to collectively drive progress, address systemic challenges, and advance LGBTQ+ rights in Illinois.
