Equality Illinois and the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (MCA) are joining forces for a day of wedding celebration on Monday, June 2!

To commemorate the passage of the historic legislation guaranteeing the right of all people in Illinois to marry, the MCA will open its galleries and sculpture garden to offer complimentary ceremonies and post-ceremony festivities for up to 15 couples.

Couples who are selected to be part of this event will receive a wedding ceremony in the museum, followed by a half-hour celebration (champagne and petit fours included) for up to 20 guests.

Due to limited capacity, our event can only host up to 15 couples to be married at the museum. The contest submission deadline is Friday, April 18.

After all entries are in, representatives from Equality Illinois  and the MCA will review all completed submissions with the required information and select 15 couples to get married at the MCA on June 2. The selected couples will be informed no later than Friday, April 25.
