• Community Event

The GSA Summit is brought to you by Outside the Lines LGBTQ Youth Group and the Kankakee Community College Gay-Straight Alliance.
 
The purpose of the summit is to educate, entertain and inspire. This event is for anyone who wants a GSA at their school, has an existing GSA, or would like to learn more about how a GSA operates. The event will have speakers, workshops, vendors, and includes lunch. It is free and open to the public. Educators can earn CEU’s for attending.
 
Mike Ziri, director of public policy at Equality Illinois, is one of the speakers.
