Equality Illinois fought with you to bring marriage equality to our state. Now our affiliated political action committee is working hard to defend the pro-equality majorities in the Illinois House and Senate in the 2014 elections. Our opponents still seek ways to weaken or overturn the Religious Freedom and Marriage Fairness Act.
The Equality Illinois Political Action Committee is committed to defending the legislators who stood with us and now need our help. Leading up to the March 18 Illinois primary, please help the EQILPAC help our bipartisan legislative allies by staffing a phone bank in our Chicago Loop office, which will be running most weeknights and some Sundays. Work a few hours or devote several evenings to the effort.
